The doctor is in....

Whew, busy, busy, busy. The last 3 weeks have been really charged trying to get Shockspital up and running. Insurance, bank stuff, tools and all the trimmings are coming into line. But all and all things are going smooth.

So the short of it is that Shockspital is more than just another blog to read. I really do fix things, mostly suspension and disc brakes but I have been known to do other stuff also. Over the next couple of weeks I will do more to promote this and spread the word to the world!

I will be launching a real, secure website too; with lots of features. With things like a shopping cart, products for sale, and overhaul and repair pricing (we will still keep the blog and add a bulletin board). This keeps getting pushed back because I am an online hack and there is a huge learning curve for me to scale when it comes to e-commerce. SO that stuff should be trickling in with a major launch in March, it will be cool.

But I am doing repairs RIGHT NOW! So if you have something just drop me a line at info@shockspital.com or call me at (952)240-9158 .

And, just for you (and by you I mean the 11 people that have viewed this blog) I will be at the shop from 3pm till 8pm on Thursday the 1st! Give me a call and stop by, I will give the tour. Each tour should take about 11 seconds, so we have to spend the rest of the time just talking. Its probably a good idea to stop by CRC on your way to get a coffee. (There will be many, many days like this in the future; so if you really wanna see the shop you will have many chances).

As a side note, I fix Marzocchi, Progressive, Hayes, Rock Shox, Fox, Hope, Avid, old Grimeca stuff, Tektro, Shimano, PACE, Cane Creek, Manitou, Formula, Magura, RST(the good ones), Maverick,  Headshoks and 2 speed kickback hubs. There is probably more that I can't remember.

does anyone still make kickbacks? or parts for them (other than sprockets/cogs)? just curious. you don't see those around much, let alone someone who knows how to repair them!
